7 Day Slow Carb Challenge. Today, I spotted a guy ravenously spoon-feeding himself black beans from a Snapware container. For a moment, I was touched. Then, I noticed his side plate of bagel and cream cheese. At this same black bean consuming location, I was working my Slow Carb sales pitch to one not familiar. I mentioned, of course, my guru Tim Ferriss.
